TCPOS IQSR Monitor is an interactive monitor designed specifically for quick service restaurants to display ordered dishes in real-time and forward the confirmation to the tills when ready. This will enable speed and efficiency in the kitchen, drastically reducing customer waiting times.
Meals are shown on the screen, sorted by colour codes that easily enable the identification of the current order status, expected wait time, and confirmation of when orders are ready. The module displays transactions using either a grid layout or “sticky notes”.
The TCPOS software considers Kitchen Monitor as an additional POS integrated into your kitchen management, which instantly communicates with cash registers via peer-to-peer networking. Touchscreens and bump bars are integrated by the system and customer orders are associated with customer pagers.
