The TCPOS Web Account Manager Application module allows customers registered in the system to have easy and fast access from their pc to monitor transactions data and load customer cards. Customers provided with this system will benefit of great advantages, like:
If the card balance is on database, the balance will be updated in real time. If the card balance is on card, the balance will be updated next time the customer will check in at the till. If the customer attempts to use a card (E.G. “Credit”) that is not of “Payment” type, the loading process is prevented and the Load button will not be displayed
Once the main page is opened, the login screen is displayed. The user will perform the login using his personal code and password. In case these are forgotten, and an email address is associated with the code, the password can be automatically re-sent to the user e-mail.
After the login, the main Account Manager screen is displayed featuring Card Number, Card Type, Current Balance and last access data (Date and Time).
You can now proceed to Load your card by clicking the “Load Card” button that will connect to a page featuring your current balance and several options to choose the amount to be load.
Once selected the desired option, click “Continue” to proceed and the browser will open the SAFERPAY page that will automatically display your card number, expiry date, and the fields where you must enter your name and the CVV/CVC verification number. Fill in the empty field with any value as they will always be accepted by the demo server.
Once clicked the “Payment” button, a warning message will be displayed informing that your card has been approved and you will be ready to conclude the transaction by clicking the “Continue” button.
The last screen will display your card data (Card number, Card type, Current balance and Last access) and by clicking the “Close” button you will return to the main ACCOUNT MANAGER page.
By accessing the PERSONAL INFORMATION page, it is also possible for the user to autonomously modify his email address, PIN, or even lock his account (in case, for example, he lost his personal card). Please note that locking an account will require an administrator to un-lock it.
The LAST OPERATIONS page features the most recent Transactions data that, if selected, will display the detail of the purchases of your latest transactions.
The sample application on this demo server is configured with four Web Accounts:
Login with any of these users, and feel free to try to make loadings or change the user data. The database is reset to its initial state every day at 2 am.
