Zucchetti has completely reworked its self-ordering kiosk and optimized it for a smart customer experience. The kiosk combines POS technology with intuitive self-service for quick service restaurants. Intuitive and easy-to-use, the kiosk is intended to appeal to guests on an emotional level through its attractive UI and look & feel, which can be individualized for any restaurant’s brand.
The interface supports the customer in selecting his food and beverages and suggests further items as well. While being used in quick service restaurants, it became clear that the kiosk has enormous potential to increase sales through cross- and upselling by as much as 20%!

The self-ordering kiosk has an interface in the form of a website – customers can browse through it. This guarantees a genuine service character, which makes it easy for customers to enter their orders and then pick them up at the counter.

The kiosk is fit for every payment method and it is available in several languages. It seamlessly integrates the entering of orders into the workflow: from kitchen orders, data transfers up to the till – easy, convenient and fast.

Dynamic kiosk contents

Dynamic kiosk contents have been integrated as a new feature: Based on an analysis of historical data, the customer can rearrange suggested products according to the time of day, the season and the weather – this way, the most fitting and appropriate product will be displayed to the customer.
