Junior Sales Manager - POS and PMS Solutions

As a Junior Sales Manager, you will strengthen our sales team, contributing to building business relationship to be a long-term and reliable partner for IT solutions for our customers and to further develop the technological pioneering position. 

If you are eager to work with the latest technologies and innovations, you are the right person to complete our team, creatively contributing to the sales of our POS, PMS and ERP technology.

As a Junior Sales Manager, you will strengthen our sales team, contributing to building business relationship to be a long-term and reliable partner for IT solutions for our customers and to further develop the technological pioneering position. 

 The workplace will be our office in Gennevilliers (FR).

Your responsibilities:

·      Identify opportunities to propose new products or services to our existing customers and new acquisition.

·      Maintain and enhance business relationships align efforts towards business development

·      Develop and implement sales promotions and the sales proposal forecast.

·      Provide the primary contact point for client executive management

·      Careful analysis and documentation of customer needs and business processes, as the basis for the preparation of offers.

·      Independent offer preparation.

·      Lead negotiations to establish profitable contracts with customers.

·      Deliver value added presentations related to products and services to customer executive management and conduct workshops.

·      Participation in fairs, events and exhibitions.

·      Willingness to travel in France

 

 

Your skills:

·         At least mandatory 2 years of experience in the sale / consulting of business software solutions. Specially POS, PMS applications or ERP solutions.

·         Good knowledge of processes in the retail or hospitality environment.

·         Ability to foster the development of the negotiation, by identifying the possibilities of agreement and manage times of tension

·         Ability to deliver presentations

·         Ability to effectively use the correct language depending on the various purposes of communication

·         Affinity and interest in technology.

·         Pronounced analytical thinking.

·         Ability to establish effective and collaborative professional relationships both inside and outside the company

·         Ability to foster the development of the negotiation, by identifying the possibilities of agreement and manage times of tension

·         Ability to integrate costumer requests with the organizational requirements, by directing activities towards satisfying of costumers' needs

·         Ability to speculate about the possible future scenarios in order to identify changes and anticipate future trends.

·         Possess excellent written and verbal skills in French and English, other languages are optional

·         Language skills: French (mother tongue) and English: speaking and writing skills.
