Efficient visitor management

Leisure facilities need an efficient visitor management system to be successful and in order to offer guests a relaxing experience. The access to all facilities of different sectors in leisure centers should be designed as easy and smooth as possible for the guests.

In partnership with nTree, TCPOS released nTree Interface. The plugin transforms tills in real operative centers that merge article sales with ticketing management.

Mobile and fast

The point of sale may issue any kind of ticket (day card, weekly, family, rechargeable, etc.) by simply pressing the appropriate function key of the till, defining its validity period. The application provides also mobile functionalities using handheld devices that communicate through a wireless network with the central till and the various management centers. Thus it improves the efficiency of the staff helping to reduce queues.

Global analysis

The module works also in off-line mode. Turnstiles and handhelds are capable of verifying tickets validity even when the central database is not available. The application ensures the centralized management of payments and delivers global analyses verifying in real time the trends of the sales of tickets, articles and food, purchased at the different points of sale.

Accurate clearing

In big facilities, like amusement parks, where several companies manage different business activities (shops, restaurants, hotel, etc.), nTree Interface may be used for the clearing, gathering all information regarding the sales, sorting the proceeds among the correct companies.

The module works on every existing turnstile brand, with no need of replace the ones currently in force.
