The TCPOS project manager is responsible for guaranteeing the adherence of time scales and coherence with the general plan and also has the task of monitoring the progress of activities and ensuring that the project targets are met.
The TCPOS project manager will ensure that the client's acceptance criteria for the implemented system are fully satisfied.
