User Training

The success of a project is determined to a large extent by the knowledge and acceptance of the users who daily use and who manage the new applications. Training must be considered as an integral part of the project since it guarantees a better involvement of personnel and a rapid start-up of the solutions.

The training offer includes specific courses specially designed for the individual requirements of the customers and standard scheduled courses on TCPOS applications. The user training is focussing on the operational and functional aspects of the system to enable the client's staff for the daily business. Technical trainings are offered to implementation partners and client IT staff to understand the systems' concepts and to enable them to implement, support and maintain TCPOS applications.
