TCPOS is so versatile that even French gourmet restaurants use it to manage their complex offering. With the system, you can flexibly manage seasonal and à la carte pre-defined menus, depending on the season, the day, the week or the time.
Order taking TCPOS allows collecting orders at tables, using optional wireless portable devices (palmtop, mobile-touch).
Order splitting The orders collected are split automatically and transferred immediately to various preparation centers (kitchen, grill, bar, etc.) and to the cash registry. The waiter can attach customised comments for food preparation (customer preference on cooking, etc.). Table Management TCPOS schematically reproduces the room layout on the touch-screen display, which shows table layout, composition and status with details of customer number, waiter assigned and meals. Customer profile Customer data can be stored in the database. Thus, you can issue invoices which already include the bill-to-party data and track customer consumption, so as to promote customer fidelization initiatives. Variable price management With TCPOS you can apply different price levels to different customer groups. All price levels are based on a pre-set standard. If standard prices change, the various price levels will be updated automatically. This functionality can be effectively used to define happy hour initiatives and promotions. Integration with corporate business information systems TCPOS can be interfaced with the most popular hotel business management information systems. From your information system, you can access TCPOS data, start queries, examine reports and analyse the sales data of the hotel restaurant. Discounts and promotions TCPOS allows carrying out sales promotions for an individual article and over a limited period of time. Discounts can be associated to a customer or to the payment card used. Security TCPOS includes the checking of user access privileges. Operators can access various functionalities according to authorizations pre-assigned to each of them by the system administrator.
