TCPOS BackOffice is the solution module for warehouse management, studied and developed to identify and solve problems of the operators of the hospitality and retail market. Thanks to its flexibility and scalability, it manages in real time inventory, stock, products, suppliers, orders and costs, both at single shop level, than in big chains.
TCPOS BackOffice manages with efficiency the enormous data flow generated by complex organisations. Data transmitted by the central head office to the subsidiaries and vice versa are filtered and configured on different levels of integration and dependence. The number of manageable subsidiaries and warehouses is unlimited.

It enables to generate customized statistics in HTML format or Excel. It can carry out real time checks on the warehouse transactions and on the articles stock. Order in goods can be automatically generated considering parameters of minimum stock, re-order batch or foreseen sales. So, a complete and tempestuous assortment is always available with a constant rotation.

Optional Modules
Standard bill of material or recipe
The Bill of Material allows you to check component usage, determine scrap materials, calculate product costs and analyze costs and define price lists. In recipes you can define ingredients as well as cooking and show procedures, and display a product photo for presentation.
Batches
Batch management allows you to check costs of purchased batches, inventory and due date of perishable goods.
Labels and tags
This module allows you to create and print personalized labels for each article in stock or on shelves.
Company balance sheet
The company balance sheet calculates the product food-cost and monitors initial inventory and purchase in a specific period of time. Planned and target inventories are compared and sales margin is calculated. You can carry out statistical analyses by warehouse, time frame or product group.
Wine-cellar
This module manages the list of wines and allows you to carry out a wine-specific inventory check based on special research criteria.
